Raised Beds!

This morning some workers from New England Nurseries were here and began to install our raised garden beds. They got a lot done before the rain started!

Raised Beds Coming To Davis!

Nat Brown and his crew at New England Nurseries have been working hard on the raised beds for our big garden behind the modular classrooms at Davis School. Here are a few photos he sent last week of the process. His team will be at Davis this week to install the beds. Bulbs and Cleanup

Mrs. Marino and Miss Petrocelli had some parent volunteers work with their classes to clean up the garden near the entrance to our school. Then they planted bulbs that will come up in the spring.

The Garden is Ready!

Thanks to the fantastic parents and kids who have completely cleaned out the garden and got it ready for our raised beds to be built! It was a huge effort, and with some weeding help from a few classrooms too, we will be planting bulbs and other things in no time!

Garden Clean Up Day Two

Thanks to the Sunday crew who made a huge dent in the weeding of the Davis garden! It is starting to look like a real garden again! And look what they found hiding under all of those weeds! Just in time for Halloween!
